Shipping policy

At KOKAIAR ART, every artwork is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely at its new home.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days of purchase. During busy periods, exhibitions or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

If your order includes an original artwork requiring additional packaging or preparation, you will be notified if there is any delay.

Shipping

We currently ship throughout Australia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

All orders include tracking where available. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Victoria: 2–5 business days
  • Interstate: 3–10 business days
  • Regional and remote areas: Additional time may apply

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to dispatch orders promptly, KOKAIAR ART is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs processing, weather events, natural disasters, industrial action or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@kokaiarart.com.auwith:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the damaged artwork
  • Photographs of the packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with the shipping provider.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. KOKAIAR ART cannot be responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
