KOKAIAR ART is proudly created on the lands of the Gunditjmara People in South-West Victoria.

I acknowledge my Ancestors and Elders, past, present, and to our boorais who are our emerging leaders. We honour the enduring strength, resilience, knowledge and cultural traditions that have been passed down through countless generations.

I also pay my respects to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and the Traditional Custodians of the lands and waters on which this artwork may be viewed and appreciated.

Every piece I create is deeply connected to Country. My art is inspired by the landscapes, waterways, stories and relationships that continue to shape my identity as a Gunditjmara woman.

Through KOKAIAR ART, I celebrate connection, resilience, culture and the continuation of living traditions through contemporary Aboriginal art. It is with this, i can teach and show my boorais - who will one day, pass down to their own.
