Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes! KOKAIAR ART ships Australia-wide using trusted courier and postal services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping is available to selected countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

How long will my order take?

Original artworks and prints are carefully packaged and dispatched as soon as possible.

Prints: Usually dispatched within 3–7 business days.
Original artworks: Usually dispatched within 5–10 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Are your prints high quality?

Yes. All prints are professionally and locally produced using premium archival-quality materials to ensure vibrant colour and long-lasting quality.

Are original paintings one of a kind?

Yes. Every original painting is hand-painted by Kristy De Bono and is completely unique.

Once sold, originals are marked as Sold and will not be recreated exactly.

Do you accept commissioned artworks?

Yes.

I welcome commission enquiries for personal, family and corporate pieces inspired by Country, culture, connection and storytelling.

Can I request a custom size?

Absolutely. Many artworks can be commissioned in a size that suits your home or workplace.

Are your artworks authentic Aboriginal art?

Yes.

Every artwork is created by Kristy De Bono, a proud Gunditjmara woman creating on Gunditjmara Country in South-West Victoria.

Each piece reflects personal stories, connection to Country, family, waterways and culture.

Will my artwork look exactly like the photos?

Every effort is made to accurately display colours. However, colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished artwork or print.

How are artworks packaged?

Every artwork is carefully wrapped and packaged to help ensure it arrives safely.

Original artworks receive additional protective packaging during transit.

Can I return my artwork?

Please choose carefully.

Due to the unique nature of original artworks and made-to-order prints, returns are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing fault.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

How do I care for my artwork?

To help preserve your artwork:

Keep out of direct sunlight.
Avoid areas with excessive moisture.
Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth.
Handle carefully when framing or hanging.

Can I use your artwork for commercial purposes?

No.

All artworks remain the intellectual property and copyright of Kristy De Bono unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Artwork may not be reproduced, copied or used commercially without permission.
